It's a computer system for the visualization and analysis of brain white matter from magnetic resonance diffusion weighted images. The diffusion suite consists of tools to allow the statistical processing for analysis of white matter integrity, structure, connectivity and associated variation, as well as parcellation. New analysis methods are continuously added to our package, allowing investigators to conduct cutting-edge research. This software is written in C++ and Tcl/Tk, Incr Tcl/Tk extensions, and Kitware's VTK.

This is the product of my Ph.D. research, a computer software that allows interactive 3D revisions to segmentation results. It fits an elastic surface to the data, which can be controlled by the user. Shape deformation is achieved by manipulating the surface control points or simply by picking on the surface itself. This software was coded in C and Research Systems' IDL.

During my master's, I have researched methods for the segmentation of skin cancer images. We have developed a computer software capable of extracting the outer boundary of skin tumors; also allowing the operator to revise the contour if necessary. Properties of the segmented region such as color variation, and boundary irregularity measures were calculated to aid in the diagnosis of melanoma. This software was coded in C, OpenGL and Win32 libraries.
