I am currently a graduate student at the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yale University. I work at the Yale Image Processing and Analysis Group (IPAG). I am expecting to get my Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering around March, 2001.

I have been working on some very interesting and challenging problems in computer vision and image processing. One of them is the problem of recovering complex high dimensional non-rigid motions/deformations from images through point matching.

With my advisor Professor Anand Rangarajan, we have designed a non-rigid point matching algorithm that can be used as a general purpose tool in many cool real-world applications such as keyframe animation, human face matching and medical brain image analysis. For details, please check out my research.
