Research interests in medical imaging:

Quantification of microtubules structure and motion. The data sources are 2D fluorescent confocal microscopy, 3D spinning disk fluorescent confocal microscopy, as well as total internal reflection fluorescent microscopy (TIRFM).
Localized magnetic resonance spectroscopy for epilepsy. Detecting the epileptic focus with magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
