Automated medical image analysis for measurement, diagnosis and prognosis. Machine learning and model-based methods. Segmentation and nonrigid registration. Applications to cancer, neuroscience and cardiology. Functional magnetic resonance image (fMRI) analysis. Diffusion weighted magnetic resonance (DW-MR) image analysis.
